Priority Queues
Queue is a backlog represented by single stakeholder or business objective
- Instead treating backlog as a big list of tasks we can split it in multiple backlogs called “queues”
- Each team “subscribes” to a certain amount of queues
Priority rotation
It’s the way how we plan the current sprint. If we have 40 story points team velocity, instead taking top X user stories from the backlog – we take one by one from each queue the team is subscribed. And we repeat this until we are full wit capacity for current sprint
